About Our Floating Support Service
At Heston in the Community, we provide free, person-centred and flexible support to help adults maintain their independence, improve their wellbeing, and reduce the risk of homelessness.
Our Floating Support service is tailored to each individual, offering one-to-one support through home visits to ensure people receive the right help at the right time. We also offer access to our welcoming Support Hub, where clients can attend one-to-one sessions, receive friendly advice, and enjoy free refreshments in a safe and supportive environment.
In addition, we provide a range of creative and social activities, including art sessions, gardening, and group workshops. These opportunities are designed to help individuals build confidence, develop essential life skills, and form positive connections within the community.
We are committed to creating a supportive environment where everyone feels valued, empowered, and able to move forward with confidence.
