In 2024, HITC organised the HITC Unite Summer Cup, supported by Go! London. The football tournament brought together four under-9 and under-10 teams, including two teams from HITC and two teams from Whitestar FC.
The tournament created an exciting and welcoming environment where young players could compete, develop their skills and enjoy being part of a team. After a fantastic day of football, Whitestar FC Blues were crowned the tournament champions.
The event was a great success, with more than 100 young people and community members in attendance. Free food and refreshments were provided throughout the day, helping to make the tournament accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
In 2025, HITC proudly launched its first-ever Sports Youth Division, funded by Sport England. The 10-week league provided young people with the opportunity to play competitive football in a fun, safe and inclusive environment while developing teamwork, confidence and leadership skills.

After an exciting 10 weeks of league fixtures, HITC Horizons were crowned the inaugural league champions. The success of the programme saw fantastic participation from local young people and laid the foundations for future HITC football leagues and tournaments.
This milestone marked a significant step in HITC’s mission to increase access to organised sport and create positive opportunities for young people across the community.
