Free Weekly Football Training Sessions
HITC Turn Up & Play is a free weekly football programme open to children and young people of all abilities. Whether you’re playing football for the first time or already have experience, our sessions provide a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome.
Led by FA-qualified coaches, each session focuses on developing football skills, building confidence, improving fitness, and encouraging teamwork through fun drills, small-sided games, and friendly matches.
There’s no pressure, no trials, and no long-term commitment—just turn up, play, make new friends, and enjoy football within your local community.

Clear Pathway to Progress
Players who demonstrate commitment, effort, and development may have the opportunity to progress into HITC Youth League teams. Our pathway provides opportunities to compete in organised matches and tournaments while continuing to develop technically, physically, and personally.
